We are happy to announce that the clinic has now reopened and you will be treated there.  In accordance with Public Health requirements, we have several procedures which need to be followed.

  1. When you arrive at the clinic, please call 905-997-5093 to advise us of your arrival.We will ask you screening questions at the time (a copy of the questionnaire is attached for your reference).
  2. When you complete the questionnaire, you will be advised if you can then enter the building USING GATE 2 ONLY.
  3. You must wear your own mask to enter the clinic. If you forget your mask you can purchase a disposable mask at the clinic for $1.00.
  4. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment by calling 905-997-5093.  The missed appointment fee will be waived.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

treats musculoskeletal and neuromuscular dysfunctions. The musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems refer to the bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, nerves and joints anywhere in the body.

MASSAGE THERAPY

At Competitive Edge Physiotherapy, all our Massage therapists are Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs). This means they have completed their education and training at educational institutions.

INTRAMUSCULAR STIMULATION

IMS is a form of acupuncture that uses acupuncture needles (the same used in traditional Chinese acupuncture). This type of acupuncture was developed by Dr. Charles Gunn.

Kinesiology/Fitness Training

Do you know the MOST common cause of injury?  Anyone?  It is repetitive strain injuries.  A repetitive strain injury happens when you do the exact same thing over and over again.  For example, squatting with your feet always shoulder width apart.
